New car

So we've been shopping for a new car and here it is. It's a Toyota Rav4. I always thought I would get a white car because my mom likes white but look at me getting a Light Green car, and I love it.

There is a story of the whole ordeal are you ready for it? We were trading in the old car for the new one. And we wanted a certain price for the old one. They told us they would only give us $500 dollars, haha...yeah right! We told them we wanted more. So the manager said "I'll see what I can do." That's what they all say, right? He came back and told us he could give us $2000. That was good but not good enough for me:) I told this Manager man that I was pretty sure I could sell it for more. He looked at me shocked. We told them we would have to sell my car and then come back and buy the new one. So we left.....

THEN they called us, and asked what they could do to have us say yes and buy it today (which was monday). I told them straight up I wanted more money for my car. They said ok how about $2450. I said SOLD, we will be down in ten minutes.

I cleaned out my old car. Got in to drive it down. Turned the key and.....Click, click, click. What the? I tried it again...click, click, click. Stupid car! After a few phone calls we figured it was the battery. We were so dang close to getting rid of it without putting money into it and then this happens. Yipee!

So I take Sean to work, then I'm off to buy a battery. $80 later, I put it in all by myself. I was SO proud of myself after I got done. Brought it down to the dealership and got rid of it before anything else could break on it. And here we are today with my new car and room for kids....someday!

Apartment

So right now Sean and I live in a two bedroom apartment in Mesa just a few blocks away from the temple. So convenient. But it can get scary sometimes just because it's Mesa, good thing I have a strong husband that has a knife under the bed.

There are a few things about the apartment that I don't like. For example it doesn't have a washer and dryer so we GET to go to the laudry mat and meet interesting people, which is another post. It doesn't have a dish washer or a garbage disposal, WTF? Most of the ceiling fans make noise when they are on, like it's going to fly off the ceiling and chop us up. The best is that the hot water runs out in about ten minutes, but you can make is last if you take a warm/cold shower. I can never wash my hair and shave my legs all in one shower, I have to pick one. Other then those small things it's not a bad apartment. Too bad we are moving.
Yep we are a moving it's kind of a complicated situation but we are moving to my sisters, in-laws basement apartment in July. Sean and I are really excited because they have a pool and we can use it whenever we want. Nice tan body here we come...HAHA! But right now DaNelle and Kevin are living in it until there house is ready to move into. So for those two months we are moving to Sean's brothers apartment while him and his family move to Baltimore for the summer. It also has a pool and all we have to pay is utilities which is going to save us a ton. Sweet!
Oh the joy of moving and trying to save as much money as we possibly can.

Blog or Not to Blog?

Ok so I've been trying to decided if I wanted to start a blog. The more I thought about it, the more I thought of the funny things that happen in our lives that I wanted to tell the world about.

So here I go. First of all it took me about 2 hours to get that stupid backround to work and I'm not even sure if I like it. But I got it to work and and I'm leaving if for now. Second of all I can't get that picture any smaller so it's a little big for now until I have more time to work with it.

Get ready for my blog because it's going to be AMAZING...
